ABOUT THE ADVENTURE RACE
The Green Mountain Race or UGMAR as folks have come to call, was the original Ultimate Adventure Race. It holds true to the Ultimate Race slogan of "Expect the Unexpected" as last years competitors had to UNEXPECTEDLY build their own boats with mandatory gear and supplies provided. To build them was one thing, to then use them for racing was another. Teamwork, mental aptitude, athleticism, camaraderie were all out and put to the test. The looming question heard so far this year is, what can they throw at us next?? Believe me, we've got plenty up our sleeves to keep you racing hard and having a great time while doing so! This Labor Day Weekend is a great three day retreat. Host to numerous things for you and the family to do in the town of the largest ski area in the East coast.
